Service Description
Complex systems need to consider the entire end-to-end process including flow of operational activities, interface points and how the capacity of individual system elements interact with the system as a whole.
Operational flow models and material flow diagrams form the basis of any process design regardless of scale. These are used to determine the most suitable relationships between spacial and operational requirements and determine process bottlenecks that require attention. These process flow models are simulated using our proprietary static modelling tools before being developed into 2D then 3D design models.
Our design process also includes detailed 3D simulation of our design solutions to ensure that the system is proven as far as practicably possible prior to procurement and build.
The AvLogix design team are fluent in the use of all major design and drafting packages including industry standard AutoCAD, Navisworks and Revit , as well as software packages for coordination with architectural and engineering systems to create a unified BIM models.
