Gold Coast Airport is a relatively young airport which is growing quickly to be the sixth busiest airport in Australia.

Project LIFT will address current capacity issues, allow for future growth and improve the customer experience including the use of smart technology. It involves three main area including Southern Terminal Expansion which is a multi-storey terminal annex; an Airside Processing Zone and refurbishment of the existing terminal.

The project includes both the design and construction phases with the scope covering initial capacity analysis, stakeholder management, options review, development of concept designs, performance specification and procurement support.

While AvLogix were initially engaged by the airport directly the contract has been novated to the lead construction contract under Lendlease to carry out implementation management through install, commissioning, testing and go-live support.
